The Role

We are looking for a professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative duties and supporting the clinic’s daily operations. Russian-speaking candidates are preferred for our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with billing, payment processing, and insurance inquiries.
• Ensure the clinic’s reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a customer-facing administrative role.
• Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and office software.
