Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the supportive link between our clients and veterinary team.

• Greet pet owners with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage front desk duties, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
• Support client communication, including calls and messages, as needed.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations of the clinicWarmly greet and assist pet owners.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a veterinary receptionist role is not required.
• A positive, client-focused attitude and a genuine love for animals
