Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Medical Receptionist located in Dubai. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, answering and directing phone calls, performing various receptionist duties, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role also involves understanding and utilizing medical terminology to assist both patients and healthcare providers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing receptionist duties
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with a medical office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration or related field is a plus
