Clinic Receptionist – ZenDXB | Dubai

Location: Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai

We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Receptionist who can be the welcoming face of our brand and deliver an exceptional guest experience from the first “hello” to follow-up care.

🌟 About the Role

As a Clinic Receptionist at ZenDXB, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, patient bookings, and daily administrative operations. You’ll ensure every client receives the highest standard of service — both in-person and digitally — while maintaining accuracy and professionalism across all patient interactions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience
• Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient records using Practo software
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure clinic operations run efficiently
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Support the marketing and operations team with booking confirmations and client reminders
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in a Dubai-based medical or aesthetics clinic
• Proficient in Practo (appointment management, billing, and patient record systems)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic a plus)
• Professional appearance and polished presentation
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel, or CRM tools is an advantage
