Millennium Hospital UAE is seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Neonatologist to join our dynamic team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing specialized care for newborns, particularly premature and critically ill infants, within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide advanced medical care to newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

· Monitor and manage the health of premature or ill newborns with complex medical conditions

· Collaborate with pediatricians, obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

· Counsel and support parents regarding their newborn’s condition, treatment plan, and prognosis

· Oversee neonatal resuscitations and assist with high-risk deliveries

· Ensure adherence to international best practices in neonatal care

· Contribute to continuous quality improvement and clinical excellence in neonatal services
