We are seeking for a well experienced Specialist, Critical Care Medicine to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing critically ill patients in high-volume hospital settings post-residency. This role is committed to providing comprehensive patient care in the ICU, ensuring 24-hour coverage under the supervision of Consultants and Specialists. The ICU Specialist will support clinical staff and uphold the highest standards of care, utilizing an evidence-based approach in line with accepted international and professional standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• MD in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a high-volume ICU setting post-residency.
• Recent experience in a busy ICU setting with reputed hospitals.
• Proven ability to do Tracheal intubation/Airway management.
• Proven ability to insert central lines.
• Ability to assess critical patients and have critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold DHA eligibility as an Specialist Critical Care Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with consultants and specialists in developing treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient management discussions.
