Job Description
Qualifications:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with strong knowledge of GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
-Lead and manage production staff to maintain high efficiency and productivity.
-Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and internal quality standards.
-Prepare and maintain accurate production documentation and reports.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.
