Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy on how to manage the inventory levels across countries ensuring optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Develop and maintain supply plans to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to demand and supply planning, such as forecast accuracy, inventory, and service levels.
  • Support demand review cycles by coordinating with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure reliable forecasts.
  • Track and improve forecast accuracy to enhance service levels and reduce stock-outs.
  • Run MRP meetings with procurements; define required safety stocks and ROP of materials in alignment with the procurement manager & SC Manager & Manage 3PL through coaching & performance reviews to enhance Service Levels.
  • Organize and participate in monthly S&OP meetings with internal teams and external vendors to ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing to ensure demand can be met
  • Maintain planning master data (lead times, MOQ, safety stock, etc.) in SAP or related systems.
  • Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions for supply disruptions.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates whose experience and skills align closely with the qualifications outlined below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 0–3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or planning (fresh graduates are welcome).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar certifications (added advantage).
  • Experience working in pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing environments.

Skills:

  • Strong skills in Excel and basic data analytics.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and support day-to-day supply chain operations.
