🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• MD/MS/DNB/Equivalent specialization in Neurosurgery
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience
• Valid or transferable medical license (DOH/MOH/DHA preferred)
• Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethics, and continued learning
