We are looking for a highly organized Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support our internal operations and ensure efficient coordination between departments.
Role Overview
The Administrative & Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Operations
• Manage daily office administrative tasks and internal coordination
• Maintain organized records of company documents and files
• Prepare official letters, reports, and internal documentation
• Maintain structured filing systems for operational records
Office Coordination
• Coordinate communication between departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics)
• Support management with administrative follow-ups
• Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management when required
• Ensure smooth daily office operations
Operations Support
• Assist with operational coordination related to company activities
• Follow up on internal tasks across departments
• Monitor operational processes and ensure deadlines are met
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain company administrative records and documentation
• Support internal approvals and document management
• Ensure proper documentation for operational and administrative activities
Candidate Requirements
Experience
• 3–5 years of administrative or operations experience
• Experience working in a structured company environment
• UAE work experience is preferred
Skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and discipline
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
