Job Purpose Provide and coordinate patient centric and evidence based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring compliance with ethical standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.

Required Education

Essential: Nursing Diploma.

Required Experience Essential: At least one year experience assisting a surgeon in OPD.

Desired Experience

UAE experience would be beneficial.
