Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah / Overseas contract for a Biomedical Sales Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include managing and coordinating sales activities, liaising with customers to ensure a high level of service, supporting the sales team in operations, and assisting in client communications. The role contributes to maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage workflows and support the sales process
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to drive client satisfaction and meet sales goals
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Biomedical Sciences, is preferred
• Experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is highly desirable
