Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Luxor. The Product Specialist for the Ortho Line will be responsible for executing product sales strategies, ensuring effective customer engagement, and delivering exceptional product knowledge to healthcare professionals. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer relations, following up on sales leads, conducting product presentations, analyzing market trends, and providing feedback for product improvement. The role requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the organization’s growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in product sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
• Proficient in communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and demonstrate product benefits effectively.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within teams and maintain professionalism with healthcare professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
• Willingness to work onsite in Luxor and interact directly with clients and team members.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is preferred.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office are advantageous.
