Limitless Care is Hiring – Customer Care Delegate
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Delegate to join our team. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally
Provide accurate information about services and procedures
Follow up on customer requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
Good command of English and Arabic
Previous experience in TPA customer service is a plus
