Key Responsibilities
✅Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
✅Schedule patient appointments and follow up on inquiries
✅Provide accurate information about clinic services and doctors
✅Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
✅Maintain accurate call records and patient details
✅Coordinate with front desk and medical departments
Requirements
✅Previous experience in a call center or healthcare environment is preferred
✅Excellent communication skills in English
✅Strong customer service and persuasion skills
✅Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
✅Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
✅Patient-focused, organized, and target-oriented
