What You Will Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Assist patients with appointment bookings, inquiries, and service information.
• Provide clear and effective communication while ensuring an excellent patient experience.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Learn and apply hospital processes, systems, and service standards.
