Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Abu Dhabi to support our hospital and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient support, healthcare customer service, front desk operations, and handling inquiries in a medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Assist patients with appointments, registration, and inquiries
• Support hospital front desk operations
• Respond to emails and follow up on patient requests
• Coordinate with medical and administrative departments
• Resolve complaints and ensure patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling patient services or medical reception preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
