We Are Hiring – Insurance Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our medical/dental clinic team.

Responsibilities:
• Verify patients’ insurance coverage and eligibility
• Handle insurance claims, approvals, and follow-ups
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and rejections
• Explain insurance benefits and treatment coverage to patients
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, and billing teams

Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Insurance Coordinator (medical/dental preferred)
• Knowledge of insurance processes and claims submission
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in UAE insurance system is a plus
