📢 We’re Hiring: Insurance Expert (Laboratory Services)

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Expert to build, manage, and lead the Insurance Department for our laboratory, with a focus on insurance patients and claims management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and manage insurance operations for laboratory services

* Handle insurance approvals, claims submission, and coordination with insurance companies and TPAs

* Ensure compliance with insurance policies, procedures, and documentation requirements

* Take full responsibility for the Insurance Department as it develops

* Support the Finance Manager with financial and administrative tasks during low insurance workload periods

Requirements:

*Proven experience in insurance handling within the medical laboratory or healthcare sector

* Strong understanding of insurance processes, claims, and documentation

* Ability to work independently and establish new systems and workflows

* Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during the department’s development phase

* Good coordination and communication skills
