Hiring: OP Medical Coder – Sharjah, UAE

Fatorah is currently seeking qualified and detail-oriented OP Medical Coders to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidates should have hands-on UAE healthcare coding experience and strong knowledge of outpatient coding and insurance guidelines.

📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE
🕒 Shift Timing: Rotating shifts including Night shifts
💼 Experience: 1–2 years of UAE experience in Medical Coding
🎓 Certification: CPC or CCS Certification is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
● Review and accurately code outpatient medical records, diagnoses, procedures, and treatments using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes
● Ensure coding compliance with UAE insurance regulations and healthcare standards
● Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy before coding submission
● Coordinate with physicians, clinical staff, and insurance teams to resolve coding-related queries
● Maintain coding quality and productivity standards while meeting turnaround timelines
● Identify coding discrepancies and support claim optimization and denial prevention
● Stay updated with coding changes, payer requirements, and healthcare compliance guidelines

Requirements:
– CPC or CCS certification is mandatory
– 1–2 years of UAE experience in outpatient medical coding
– Good understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and insurance claim processes
– Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and payer requirements
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
– Good communication in English, Hindi or Tagalog

Preference:
■ Candidates available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
■ Male candidates preferred due to operational requirements related to night shifts
