Analyse surveillance data for trends and provide actionable reports to relevant committees.
Design and conduct orientation programs for new staff on IPC principles.
Engage in ongoing professional development and peer teaching.
Educate on specific topics including infection prevention and control programs such as standard precautions, safe injection practices, asepsis, surgical site infection prevention, linen management, and respiratory hygiene. Provide feedback and training based on surveillance and audit findings.

Liaise with Employee Health Clinic for vaccination programs and follow-up on staff exposures.
Provide recommendations for work restrictions following exposure to communicable diseases.
Ensure compliance with OSHMS (Occupational Safety and Health Management System) standards.
Identify and report occupational hazards, incidents, and near misses.
Qualifications&Experience
Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license as Registered Nurse.
Certification in Infection Control (e.g., CIC, CBIC) preferred or required within 1 year of appointment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications
