Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Registered Nurse will provide professional patient care, including conducting detailed health assessments, administering medications, monitoring glucose levels, and educating patients about managing diabetes. This role involves collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and supporting patients through treatment plans tailored to their needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license/registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in diabetes care, endocrinology, or outpatient clinics.
• Knowledge of diabetes management, including glucose monitoring and insulin administration.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to handle medical equipment and perform patient assessments efficiently
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
• Excellent patient care and counseling abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
