About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused MOH Licensed Pharmacist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe dispensing practices, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient care.

This role is open to both experienced pharmacists and fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in a professional and growth-oriented pharmacy environment.

Location: UAE – Sharjah & Ajman

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, sales support, and stock control
• Provide accurate medication counseling and healthcare advice to customers
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice standards
• Monitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and coordinate timely replenishment
• Maintain proper documentation and regulatory records
• Deliver high standards of customer service and build long-term patient relationships
• Support store performance targets while maintaining ethical pharmacy practices
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy and management team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)
• Valid MOH License or Eligibility Letter
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional attitude with high ethical standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
