Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plastic Surgeon based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Plastic Surgeon will be responsible for performing a variety of surgical procedures, including reconstructive and cosmetic surgeries, to address patients’ medical and aesthetic needs. Daily tasks include consulting with patients, planning and executing surgical interventions, performing post-surgical follow-ups, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role prioritizes precision, patient safety, and adherence to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery
• Proficiency in Cosmetic Surgery and advanced surgical techniques
• Skills in general Surgery and specialized procedures
• Experience in Microsurgery for delicate and precise interventions
• Medical degree with specialization in plastic surgery and relevant certifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and a commitment to providing patient-centered care
• Strong ethical standards and adherence to medical compliance regulations
• Experience in handling diverse cases and a willingness to continuously improve and adapt techniques

Compensation

• This position operates on a commission-based structure (percentage of generated revenue)
